Is my business too small for AI automation?
Almost certainly not. The businesses that gain most are small ones where the same few people do everything, because every hour returned is noticeable immediately. If a job is repetitive, follows rules you could explain to a new starter, and happens often, it is usually worth automating. A business of five people is a good fit.
What can actually be automated?
Work that is repetitive and rule-based: answering and sorting enquiries, turning emails and PDFs into records, moving information between systems, scheduling, and answering questions from documents you already have. Judgement calls, relationships and anything requiring real accountability stay with people.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
No. Most of our work connects the systems you already pay for rather than replacing them. If you are on Xero, HubSpot, Shopify or a booking system that works, we automate around it. Replacing working software is expensive and rarely the reason a week feels full.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
We assume it will, and design for it. Every automation has limits on what it is allowed to do, a log of what it did, and a person checking anything expensive to get wrong. An assistant answering from your documents cites its source, so an answer can always be checked.
Is my business data safe?
We use business tiers of the major AI platforms, where your data is not used to train their models. Where data is sensitive, we limit what the system can reach rather than trusting it to behave. We will tell you plainly which parts of your information a given automation can and cannot see.
How long does it take?
A first, focused automation is usually weeks rather than months. Bigger systems that touch several pieces of software take longer. We would rather have one thing working for you early than demonstrate a large plan on a slide.
Do I need someone technical on my team?
No. You need someone who knows how the work is done today, because that is the part we cannot guess. We handle the technical side, and hand over something your team operates without needing us for day-to-day use.
Do you only work with businesses in Melbourne?
We are based in Melbourne and work with businesses across Australia and internationally. Most of the work happens remotely, and we are happy to meet in person where that helps.
