Your site is probably failing quietly

When a website breaks loudly, it gets fixed within the hour. Someone notices, someone escalates, someone deploys. The failures that persist for years are the ones that produce no signal at all.

Three that show up constantly

  1. A form that silently fails validation on mobile Safari
  2. A phone number that isn’t a tappable link
  3. A hero image so large the page is blank for four seconds on 4G

None of these generate a support ticket. All of them show up immediately in an audit.

Why nobody reports them

Because the people affected are not your users yet. They are strangers who tried once, got nothing, and went somewhere else. They have no relationship with you, no login, no reason to email. The only trace they leave is a slightly worse conversion rate that has always been slightly worse, so nobody thinks of it as a fault.

How to find them

Stop testing on your own laptop. Open the site on the cheapest Android phone in the office, on mobile data, standing outside the building. Fill in your own contact form and see whether an email arrives. Do it monthly. It takes twenty minutes and finds more than most tools.

Let's build something that lasts.
