Drive-Thru Vehicle Intelligence
AI camera system that tracks vehicles in real time to speed up drive-thru service.

A drive-thru lane is only as fast as its slowest car, and without a way to see the whole lane at once, staff are reacting to congestion rather than managing it.
A computer-vision system that tracks every vehicle in the lane in real time from existing camera hardware, so staff can see and respond to the whole lane, not just the car at the window.
How it works
SIGNAL PATHCapture
Existing lane cameras feed a continuous video stream into the system.
Track
Each vehicle is detected and tracked from lane entry to the window.
Measure
Time-in-lane is measured per vehicle, not just as a lane average.
Surface
Congestion is surfaced to staff while it’s still forming, not after it queues.
A conceptual view of one lane being tracked in real time. Drawn to explain the flow — no client interface is reproduced here.
EXPLANATORY VISUALISATION — NOT A CLIENT SCREENSHOT
Vehicle detected entering lane 1.
Tracking. Time in lane: 0:42.
Result
QUALITATIVE OUTCOMESThe whole lane, visible
Staff see every vehicle in the lane in real time, not just the one at the window.
Runs on existing cameras
